so basicly i gotta watch the whole replay untill i did that megazuperultra kill? and if i missed it, i gotta watch it again..?

Yep. If you miss it you have to watch it again. Replays are horrible. Its better to record your game play real time. They should make the replay like Halo 3's theater system.
