How can you contact the admin if they banned you?

My account was scammed. I just recovered it. I could not log into my account. When I checked the ban list, I SAW MY NAME as of hack category. I DID NOT EVEN PLAY LIKE 3 MONTHS AGO AND I 'AVE NEVER USED ANY HACK. I want to contact one of the ADMINS OR SAIDIN.
