GDIPLUS.DLL is a windows system file. You may need to repair your windows installation to fix the problem. If you have your windows CD/DVD handy, you can try to use the System File Checker to restore any missing dll's. Just go to that start menu, select run, then type SFC and press enter. It will scan your system for missing system files and restore them from the CD. If you don't have a CD, it's possible that the manufacturer has put an I386 folder on your drive which contains all of the files from the windows cd. If SFC asks for a disk, just point it at that location.

just.. google it, download it, install it, play it. (Google the dll's name)
