Bonus crates/New Patch problems
There is no bonus crate option anymore and all the new guns from new black market have the resell button again. pretty sure i haven't seen anyone with thompson is that working? i see people winning m16camo and winchester(which is prob worst gun in game) but no thompson. makes me think this is rigged. i do like the added guns though that you can win.
After i got patch and got into my first game with new patch.......I got kicked! They said I ha.cked but I'm pro. So frustrating...Is there any reassurance we can get for the new ha.ck prevention system? sorry i don't know much about how that stuff works. Just wish this stuff would stop so I can enjoy myself playing your game. Also the servers have been a lil laggy i dunno if that changes later in the day. My ping/status is usually 36, and i'm gettin choppy. My fps are 50-60. -
sorry but where do we go for the support ticket thing? i tried to get the ak silver n took the bp and not got it... but i dont know where to go in the support to to send? i dont wanna like send it to the wrong place cause that would just be silly ^^

the BP mall is down for a bit of fixing

yeah like u go on webform get crossfire from the drop down bar and then u get the 5 options: report/complian

The reason you don't see anybody winning the thompson is because that is not the #1 prize in the crate, the winchester is.
