Global Risk: Black List operatives have infiltrated a secret naval base with the purpose of destroying a multi-million dollar nuclear submarine. Eliminate the Black List threat
and ensure the survival of the submarine.
　
Black List: Enter the base and plant the bomb in one of two missle storage platforms. Blowing them up will cause the entire base to collapse and destroy the Nuclear

Global Risk: Black List operatives are targeting a major oil refinery. Sweep the area and ensure the integrity of the facility.
　
Black List: Enter the oil refinery and place a bomb at either the oil dump or the purifier itself. Do not allow Global Risk mercenaries to interfere with this operation!
　
Factory


Global Risk: Black List operatives are attempting a counter attack to destroy the factory producing Ghost Kits. Ensure that all the evidence survives and secure the area!
　
Black List: Re-enter the factory and destroy the Ghost Kit generator. As an alternative, destroy the stash of explosives outside the factory to cause a massive chain reaction.

Global Risk: Black List operatives are attempting to destroy the main satellite communications array. Protect the area at all costs!

Black List: The operative with the c4 must move to the satellite station and plant the bomb. If you are unable to destroy the satellite itself then destroy the nearby

Global Risk: Black List operatives are attempting to halt the construction of an offshore oil refinery by targeting the foreman's office and a nearby parts cache. Eliminate the Black List threat and protect the area at all costs!
　
Black List: The operative carrying the c4 must place the bomb at one of the two selected bomb sites. Secure the area and ensure the bomb detonates to complete
the mission.

Global Risk: Having recently seized a large number of black market arms, protect them from the incoming Black List counter attack.
　
Black List: Attack the black market arms depot and destroy it with an explosive. Detonating a bomb at either site will cause a massive chain
reaction and destroy all evidence.The elimination of all Global Risk forces is also acceptable.

Global Risk: Protect both the Radio Tower and Skytram from Black List operatives seeking to harm the innocent civilians.
　
Black List: Secure the area and emplace a bomb at either the Radio Tower or Skytram in order to strike fear into the nation.

Global Risk: Black List operatives are planning to destroy the main generator for the military shipping facilities. Enter the area via helicopter insertion and protect the generator at all costs!
　
Black List: Enter the area and destroy the generator, cutting the power and halting all military operations in the surrounding area. If you are unable to destroy the generator itself, then emplace
