Please note, that alot of people own cell phones with pre paid plans whom don't
use them very often. Because at least here, you have to pay a certain amount per month,
you are forced into having a ton of credit on your phone which will never be used in
the persons lifetime if they don't use their phone much (and alot of people only use
cell phones for emergancies or very breif important calls). This option allows me to use up
all the money that I have worked for that is locked as credit within my phone. This has
nothing to do with 12 yearolds now being able to buy ZP (That's what Prepaid Credit
Cards, or UGC or whatever they have now thesedays are for) but the ability to use the
credit that would otherwise be unused in prepaid phones.
