I would like to customize my Headshot,kill1,kill2,kill3, etc badges.
Paint doesn't allow my to do that But if I had a tool that could, I could modify my own Badges

.
I would really like to make my own badges

. I know how to but I cant.
So is there any way of making a Modifier. (Such as Photoshop, Paint, Etc)
This way here we could make our own Badges,Signatures, and Fan Works.
Some people cant afford a $800 Photoshop kit, and Paint Doesn't work with Badges.
You think this is a good idea?
