pruaches if zp

i have payed 79 dolar for 100k zp and i havent recive any thing and the money is taken from my visa without receive any thing i have payed through paypal .this is the message that i have received(this transaction is not successful)and they told me to contact zp support .what should i do ?i want my money back or complet the process successfully.
