Hello,

I made purchase of 50000zp and I just passed the verification of paymentwall, how ever I still not receive my zp.

Are you sure you puchased ZP on the right account ? Send a support ticket by clicking here. Go to Payments / Purchases / Refunds, then "Failure to receive ZP".

Add your transaction ID, as well as the date and time you did the transaction.

Hope you get your ZP
