Your client is invaild version.Re-install the lastest version - Nothing helps

Hey,

like the title says, I tried everything to start the game (after 2 years being offline).
Got all new Windows Updates, all drivers updated etc.
I re-downloaded the game many times, did everything i found in other Threads. Uninstalled Avast, turned off Firewall and tried without having antivirus, without firewall and it still not worked.
Then installed CF without having installed Avast, after installing CF i've installed avast and added CF to exceptions. Turned off Firewall but still nothing works.
Also tried to change LatestVersion in version.ini from 1291 to 1293/4 but after starting patcher_cf it automatically changes to 1291. Even if I change the properties to read only.
And I think Re-Installing Windows isn't the solution, because my laptop is almost new.
I really want to play CF again after 2 years, but it seems impossible.
