I tried to buy the Carbonized Crate but I can not receive "MAX LIMIT PER USER REACHED" message.
But I did not get the crates and did not get my EP.

    Hi, according to this message you already bought the crates. It seems to be limited to one purchase per user. This isn't a problem, it is made that way.

    However if this is the first time you try to buy those crates :

    - Send a support ticket, fill it up under "Payments / Purchases / Refunds" -> "Billing / Other issues".
    - Add the transaction ID, which in your case would be "REGULAR 25,000 EP 03/16/2018 06:45:58 PM"
