still fps drops

Guys it isnt the problem from my shadow play.. i got still 9fps drops.. i cant play the game anymore and it ****s me up. i spend so much money and so much time in this game, and i cant play it cuz u guys ****ed the new update..
For real since the new update came out this **** is going..

This is also happening to me and a couple other people. i'm also pretty sure its not nvidia or shadowplay as i uninstalled my drivers and used old ones and i still had this problem

The problem seems to be windows 10 creators update. idk how to fix it tho
