Name change

So I want to change a name from an account that isn't active for 2 years. Support is useless, they saying inactive names are changed every update. So how come a name I want which is inactive still not avaiable?

My question how long do I have to wait for a name?

    Support does not change names on request anymore. The name has to be inactive for roughly 2 years from the maintenance date. This means if maintenance is on March 6th, and your guy was last active March 7th, you'll still be waiting a bit. Support is not being 'useless' they are following policy and procedure. Thanks for the feedback all the same!
