Error, do you want to report? Please help!

I'm dealing with this problem more than 3 years and it's really depressing me, I can't get on the game and that's the best game I ever played.. Everytime I try to enter in the game and joining in one game it's turning into the window mode and say's: Error, do you want to report? (PROOF: https://imgur.com/a/VJTOw) I tried many things to fix this problem but still nothing, one of the "Solution" it was to change the compatibilty, I tried all the compatibiliyes one by one and still the same problem (PROOF: https://imgur.com/a/l4rMx). I have windows 10, I check the compatibilityes and it say's it's working for windows 10, but I don't know what to do.. Please, i'm BEGGING, I really need help, I enjoyed and loved this game but the problems can't let me keep playing this game.. please, help me!
