Any problem w HGW? I started the game and its stopped on step 3... Whats the possible problem? Solutions? Tks...

    It doesn't block files that get changed, that'd be ridiculous lol. 90% of programs update every day so it'd make your computer literally useless.

    This doesn't matter at all - it won't stop you from loading HGW.

    GPU still doesn't matter because the problem is with HGW though :P

    Edit: Also used avast for probably 8 years or so (I don't on my main PC anymore, though), never had an issue besides one time on one of my REALLY old XP computers :/
