Hi there.
My account has been permanently blocked for no reason, I've neer using cheats or any illegal programs. Help me with that problem please.

Send a support ticket and ask about your account, because support center can investigate your account and can give you an answer.

P.S. If you was using another PC ( as from iCaffe, or from some friends) - there is a chance those PC was infected by malware / trojans..etc - so another user find your ID and password and play with your account,

also any other PC can have installed hacks or modified CF client (even you din't know that) and trigger the autoban when you login

IF any of those case happend - you are the only one responsable with your account security and will not be unbanned.

I've alredy send a support ticket but they're didn't answered to me yet, It's about a day

You have to wait until they reply. You aren't the only person who sends in tickets.
