Options don't safe

Hi all,

Today I reinstalled CF on the new pc we bought, its a acer with windows 10 and the screen a 1920x1080 resolution. When I started CF, I realised that I didn't have any sound, so I went to settings to fix it. I joined a game and notice that I didn't have any zoom sensitivity. But when I went to options, my sound was gone as well. Now, everytime I click options or login, CF resets all settings and everytime I log in, I have to change all my settings.
Also, CF doesn't use the whole screen, it stays on the 800x600 resolution and I can't change this.
Is there anyone with the same problem or someone who can fix this?
