Help

Well i got very serious problem,earlier every room i join rounds ltake a few secs. To load,so i play 4 rounds out of 13 and i got error 24_4
I got this error in S&D mode,Elimination Mode,Ghost Mode(All modes that have respawn except:FFA,TDM,Wave Mode)
I reinstaleed the game but i lt didn't work however i had intelcore i7 and ram 8 gb and DirectX 11 more than the recommended requirements
I sent support ticket but it didn't help.
