Cross fire error: Error do you want to report?

When i do start crossfire , after the anti cheats software check
i got this error
The game used to work normal, after a windows update it stopped working

PC Specification : Intel core i7 7700hq , 8 gb ram , win 10 64bit , gtx 1050 ti

Try going to /My Documents/Crossfire/ and removing all files in there with a .dat extension. This should force your settings to reset and (hopefully!) allow you to play.

I've done this multiple times, same error and nothing happened
