after last update in windows 10 insider preview 17074 game not even start

Microsoft lunched windows 10 insider preview 17074 update about 3 days ago after my PC finish this update the game never start so i installed a new fresh windows 10 the game worked fine but again after this update windows 10 insider preview 17074 the game wont start without any error message

i tried some tips
reinstall the game
re-download the game
update all drivers

still game did not even start and no error messages

so guys anyone had this issue after this update

notice that when game try to start the Hacking GateWay Client did not run so game not start cuz of this which means after this update something wrong with Hacking GateWay Client CF team can u check whats wrong

did all this steps but same problem

the issue not with my connection even all my games worked fine COD - FIFA18

the issue with Hacking GateWay Client did not even start with no error message

I think the only solution would be to roll-back the update or do a system restore if that's the only thing that's changed.

when i reinstall afresh windows the game work find i know if i rolled back his update the game will work fine but i ask if anyone know anything that will help to fix this or what
