Hello,

I’ve been trying to get support about my account getting hacked. I put everything correctly since I have the email of registration and one of the payments I did. But they keep instantly closing my thread. It’s annoying me so much but I can’t do anything. Is there any other way to get a real conversation of a gm? Since the support of mine keeps getting instantly closed?

i cant play since 3 weeks
file is changed crossfire.exe they closing my threads too

they dont care about 1 or 2 players or even 100 they have there payers they are the important players
so rip ur acc and rip mine too playing this game since 8 years..

Read what reply support give you. Tickets are never just closed. They always have a note attached. Read it and they'll explain what is missing or what they need.
