MVP List

Add an option to disable the MVP list at the end of the round in S&D. Not only does it take up most of your screen when using a low res but it's quite unnecessary imo. I really miss when it was just a "Round MVP : [IGN]".

When you 1 tap somebody, it's nice to see their body animation as they flip back too...
