Lost Item. USP

Good Evening all!
So I try in all way to talk with costumers care but they don’t understand me in any ways.
The problem is that;
I get back Crossfire since 2010 just 1 week ago after a period of stop .
When I log i don’t find anymore my USP.

I HAVE THE RIBBION (FB Friends). [Sorry for caps but in 8 tickets Staff don’t understand this little thing]
This Ribbion is a document that I link my account to my Facebook account during event.
I want just to have a response from a REAL GAME MASTER please.

I share my ticket just to release for all the services offer when you open a ticket.
I work in italy in a costumer care repart of the Italian/International internet provider called Telecom Italia and this isn’t the way to talk with your “clients”.
I miss old tickets where was a Real GM who give you the answer.
So it can be sell for GP I didn’t know it. (I am sure that I didn’t sell but ok)
