Cant reset kdr

i went to item mall and went to the Bonus point items and reset my kdr and it didnt work i tried it 2 times and it still didnt work. help plz

Did you try to use another Browser yet?
If you tried it and lost money and /or when you still dont get it to work, you can contact the Support, they can fix that Issue for you.
