ADMINS! HGWC File is changed : W[2007] l[0] crossfire.exe ERROR!

I'm in dire need of help on fixing the issue I'm getting on my CF. I've tried everything switching antivirus and firewall off, re-installing the game, run a thorough computer scan and etc. still nothing works. I've tried running the game as admin but still gets the same error. Anyone got an idea how to fix this? Any help would pretty much appreciated. Thanks!

I am not a ADMIN but i try to help you now:

Download it, put it in your Z8Games files and say YES to overwrite the old file with the new downloaded file, after this try to start CF again.
