P.S. I get this error first time when i join a new map using a low notebook config, but at second attempt on same map it works (cause: my low laptop is very slow load the map - therefore i get this error on first attempt)

Because PC speed is relevant information. Slow PC - delayed connections.
It's not OP being slow, it's either the internet connection or PC speed itself.
