Razer zGold error

hey I'm trying to purchase zGold for the razer crates but it keeps giving me an error saying zGold top up unsuccessful please try again with a different payment method or credit card I tried with paypal same error then I tried mastercard same error.... is anyone else having this issue?

+1 I'm having the same error. After I bought 200 crates yesterday I can't buy more. Even though I have sufficient funds on my paypal.

I ended up using paysafecards. Their site is currently off I can't get in but it did work for me.

They're upgrading their site according too the error I get. you just got too wait till they're done. it kinda sucks but there is nothing you can do about it.

this was true. However, zVault appears to be working normally again at the moment. So you should be good to go.

Also for future reference zVault issues are not Z8 issues so you likely would have been told to contact razer's support team with no real answer outside of what other forumers could have told you and did. lol

Even after the update i'm still getting the error, by the way see paysafecard can i add a credit card to it and pay off it? or do i have to purchase a paysafecard?
