Vip shovel weapon swap

Let players choose which weapon they can get by pressing the key for the vip shovel(3 on the keyboard). This way getting the weapon you want is not a hassle for the player owning the vip shovel. This can be done in the storage as the idea behind this is the same as choosing a weapon from the weapon ticket system except for the vip shovel you choose the order of the weapons you want.
