Hello.

i have issue with TrickNTreat Collection,
i already complet the collection and as you see in the picture down its said ill receive Name Card and Grenade.
i receive the Grenade but the NameCard Yet. I try submit a Tickets. But They Not Help me..
Now its been over 3 MonthS i didn't get yet
i hope you can Help me.

Hmmm

if I remember , the patch note mention the rewards for the Halloween like the grenade and the name card .
strange that still not released until now.
12 ppl own the collection . if you ask someone like Danah maybe she got the same problem ?

Namecards that aren't shown at collections don't exist, at least not yet. Got the same issue with my bronze collection, even tho the patch notes said there will be a namecard.
