New bugs after the last pach !

Hi z8 support team !
After the latest pach i have noticed lots of bugs that make the game unpalyable .
1st my normal fps is always above 120 and now less 40
2nd i always get a black screen in zm3 last mission (never befor)
3rd high ping . as my normal ping is around 60-80 now its 110-230 O.o
Note : i have a bran new gaming pc with hardcore videocard on an i7 power leptop !
any help to resolve thos issus ?!
