Account Blocked

Hello guys, my issues is that my account got blocked from the game Perm blocked because someone of the internet cafe saw me writing my password i think and he opened it and being using hacks
so i call gm that to unlock my account as a chance to Contunie playing the game as im from egypt and i bought the vips with a high price so i ask from GMs to unlock my account like another chance please and thanks.
