Why does Crossfire change my monitor resolution?

My laptop has 1920x1080 resolution. Whenever I try to go in game, my computer's resolution changes to 1024x768 for some reason. However, the game itself is still in 1920x1080, making it look like this https://imgur.com/a/6Kn3O . As you can see, the screen is cut off. How do I fix this?
