Account Blocked Without Reason

Welcome , First of all am sorry for posting this here but it's enough talking with Support by Ticket actully i feel that they copy and past this answer on all ticket and then close it ! so i should open new one to discuss more !!
my problem is that my account got perm ban without reason
what happen ?

i left the game since 3 months and the account was clearly work fine ! then i back since 3 days i think and i opened in on my new laptop
also everything was normal ! i played like 2 matches then i went off again
yesterday when i tried to play again once i login .. ( on login screen ) i got msg saying my account got banned
i can mention that am still honorable soldier !
and also am still can access my ZP etc. and when i login in website i didnt get redirect to support page like any normal banned account !!

so i was just surprised i opened the ticket and told them if there's problem with server etc. !
the answer that they cough my using 3rd party program or hacking etc. ! but i didnt even play they can check my login history lol
no one else have my account only me ..

in the past i faced the same problem in the same account when i created it i got perm ban on first time login before i even pick an character or name ingame
and i opened an ticket and they un banned me cuz it was like ip problem or virus something like that
and now it happen again without any reason ?!
may i know what is really happen ?
i need help and need someone to discuss with me enough copy and paste + close ticket
