Won a Rare Item but got Nothing, please any GM Help me, got a Video of it

I try to make it a numeric Answer that i hope you can understand my points better.

1. At 7:31 the Only Permanent Item i Had in this list was the Steyr Elite what i won, and nothing more,

2. I know that GP wins dont get Announced, i was Looking when i opened the 20. Crate and there was Standing won rare item, i was Looking in the List what i had won but there standed nothing.

3. This was Already a bug at the Steyr Elite Win when the Window Showed up with Move to Lobby in 10 Seconds i wasnt able to break it up so that i can spin normally or at least go to storage fast to reset the timer.

4. How is that even Possible that you get a Win rare item screen just because you won before a gun and got moved back to lobby, because i think its depending on your luck to win something so how it does copy the crate before??

5. I will send a Support ticket in i was just in hope that at least some gms looks even at the forum in this category and help players too.

Mate I Won a Zephyr Ap338 after the Bug/Failured Win?. Just after few Crates I Got one too, so i dont got Broke out, i dont been Mad I won where the Event was with the Zombie Mode Special from 21 Crates a AA12 Buster for free, then came the Event with the Aluminium Bad and after 30 Minutes you got the DE Royal Dragon Crate I Spinned first the Zombie mode Special just won the AA12 Buster got after a good the DE Royal Crate and Won it in the first time ever from this crate i didnt even bought theese Crates and won it Instant behind the AA12 Buster im really not mad xD. When it was a Bug i hope they fix this really its really.... I just hope they bring Finally the MG-13 for 150 Coupons Perma out, then at the next Black Friday then i buy so much vip MGs to fully upload it xD but then i get cheaper. Cheers Mate
