Vote kick Abuse

Hi,

I've a quick suggestion: allow kicking and ability to vote for one for high ranks. Literally, the community is full of jerks who would kick for the heck of it and new players would just vote you out because you're skilled. It would be waste of time to play a public match then get kicked after all. Also, add vote kick option for room's host. Perhaps, bunch of friends want to play together and don't want a [removed] move, you know what I mean.
