Dear GMs, all of my friends cannot whisper me cause of my name, which is "She***xy" and it's cause of the three x's, I hope you guys fix that cause I cannot affort the required amount of ZP to change it.

Well if you want to change it, you could just do a few surveys. The name change item is on sale right now, so it isn't that much zp right now
Otherwise you should send in a ticket yes, as stated above.

What exactly is support going to do? The problem lays in the broken chat filter system detecting a 'bad' word in his IGN. I dont think support is going to completely revise the chat filter because of his ticket.
Im curious because I had a friend with a similar problem. Can he get a free name change by sending a ticket or something?
