Now my account has permanently ban for no reason or i think for IP Blocked .
Now i can get zp and buy items or no .
and i want to know all accounts have ban they unblock in new year or no!!
and why my account i can't see it in website .???

    You already had your answer about bans in the last thread you created, do not create new ones.
    If you are banned, you should not buy items or ZP because you will not be able to use them.
    No we don't have plans to unblock bans in the new year that would be silly.
    I don't know why you can't see your account on the website.

    Please stick to the ticket system for questions about bans and accounts. Thank you.
