I've reinstalled the game and i've put the game on my firewall list and still I can't get this broken thing to work.

    Try disable / eventually uninstall nativirus - then test if game works.

    P.S. Another solution is to install CF game to a different partition and not use default location from c:\ ... (only if your current CF game is installed to default location : C:\Programs Files\Z8 Games\Cross Fire)
