Add new GM BOTs to Sim TD/S&D

I asked about adding my name since I am very special among the community and I was told it isn't as easy as just changing the names in the system but would rather be them needing to get the names changed by the people who do the updates? So not them but someone else so SmileGate NA?

I don't know I just know it isn't straight forward.

But if this is done then I feel cheated.
