Cant Log in the Website (Forum) Z8game with Old Acc

Hello i write the Support Ticket, but i got the same Answer back all the time and it dont help me..

So i think my Acc is from 2011 maybe and i can log in the game but not on the forum or on the Website.

The account ID: -removed-

it would be cool if you transfer my old acc to the new factory..! thanks

Please submit a ticket and explain that you have an old account. If they give you a silly answer, please PM me the ticket #. We'll get this sorted for you
