Permanent Ban

I have been unjustly indefinitely removed from the game about 9 months ago and all my appeals have been missed. The game does not give any information as to why the officials have been removed from the game and they do not provide any evidence. Please call the game authorities here to help. I have a lot of my business date in my account April, 2012

    Unfortunately, only Support has jurisdiction over your account. If Support's final answer is that the ban is permanent, then the ban is permanent. However, just the account was banned, so you are welcomed to play on a new account.

    Any further inquiries you're going to have to take it up with Support. There really isn't anything anyone can do for you on the forums regarding account issues.
