Your client is an invalid version. Re-install the latest version game client

Hey everybody,

since 2 weeks I have a problem with the insatalation of Crossfire.


After correct instalation of Crossfire it says

"Your client is an invalid version. Re-install the latest version game client"


I downloaded the Installation launcher from the official crossfire side several times.

I hope one can help me

    The same happened to me spontaneously a few weeks ago, I solved it by deleting all old CF files, installing a different antivirus and finally reinstalling CF from the website's download section.
    If you're going to try that, don't forget to add CF to your firewall/antivirus exceptions,
    ( I replaced AVG antivirus by Avast )
