Gun Fire / FootSteps Sound Problem

For some reason i could hear everything else except for the gun fire and footsteps i have checked all my sound settings and it aint working. what can i do to fix this problem?

  Mabye buy new sound box for your pc?
  Do you use Realtek HD Audio manager?
