i cant login on play ,always say "THIS DEVICE OR SERVICE IS NOT AVAILABLE TO YOUR REGION".. what does is main?? im in PHILIPPINES>

It means that either your region is blocked from playin cf na or that yout cimputer is blocked due to illegal activities in the past.
