Crate prizes not stacking

So I bought some Halloween crates and i won 59 days of bullet proof helmet and 53 days of bullet proof jacket. These items do not stack on existing bullet proofs thus rendering them useless. So basically i won nothing ! How can that be right? Surely that needs to be sorted.
