so what to do if my in game account got banned [crossfire], it's permant banned for nothing and i did nothing but idk what to do, I submit a ticket but they replied and said that they can't do anything so what can I do?, create another account or what?

Accounts are never banned for 'nothing'. If you sent a ticket, they will explain why your account was banned.

they said hacking but no proofs and they kept replying back saying 'we can't provide any assitance" so idk what to do I wish to play crossfire, can I make another account or what?

If they said you were banned for hacking, then you were banned for hacking, and they have proof. However, this proof is not given to players. Yes, you should be able to create another account.
Any further questions about your account or your ban can be taken to the ticket system, please.
