Bannedwhy?

help me please, I reached Staff Sergeant1 class and then i saw "disconnected from the server" and i tried to log in but it said "your account is permanently blocked" so idk what happened, there were 2 hackers in the game playing v.s me so I got banned by a mistake?, can i get unbanned or what to do, i can't play from 2 days without reason and I love corossfire so please unban me i didnt do anything, ig name is ProLife
