Missing Rewards

Yesterday I completed some event and the rewards was suppose to be 15 crates, 30 day bullet proof armour, 30 day bullet proof helm, 30 day Halloween gun, and maybe something else, anyways all I got was the 15 crates, I never received my reward for 30 day rmour/helm and also did no receive the Halloween gun can you explain to me why I'm missing rewards? also yesterday when I tried to visit forums to check the progress of event every time I clicked forums it went to a blank page, someone xplain this to me, meanwhile everyone else has armour and I have a disadvantage, its simply unfair...
