Wrong permanently ban !!

Days ago i open the game and typed the login info and logged in and selected uk4 then the game didn't responding so i have opened task manager and ended the game and i have logged in again then the game tells me that's my account is permanently banned and i have never used hack and i had submitted a ticket but they told me that i'm responsible for all the actions on my account but i haven't done anything wrong !! i were only opened google chrome in the event's page .. please help me -_- i don't know what to do my IGN: Ma[N[F]LoTy

i got antivirus on my computer .. it's not a virus problem and i opened my account from another computer and the same thing .. but i'm able to open the website here without any blocking messages .. but i know all the rules of the game and i haven't break any one of it there is must be a problem and every time i contact the support they told me the same message

there is must be a solution, I mean i can't start from the beginning again that's really unfair :'(

It's the first time to happen to me .. i mean it's not happens everyday ..

of curse there is any solution that's not fair i play this game since it's released !

dang dude if thats true and u were wrongfully banned, im sorry to hear that, meanwhile we got people hacking everyday for years and still not banned, i think anyone caught hacking should be perma banned instantly, and it would save us all soem frustration to I ban these lowlives if u ask me
