Can't players in Belgium play Crossfire?

I played the game a couple of years ago and I wanted to play it today but after installing and entering my username and password I get this: " Notice this service is not available in your region?
So is this game not available in EU?

Certain regions are blocked from playing CF NA.
But accounts that are created before this measurement took place will still be able to log in. So If you want to play this version of CF you will need to use the same account you used a few years ago.
